Manulife is seeking a Training Manager to deliver quality training and assess the training effectiveness. He/she is expected to identify training needs and drive suitable training initiatives that support the agency growth.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver quality training to the developed training programs, align with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training
Take ownership of training program and responsible for the quality of training delivery
Monitor the effectiveness of the programs
Identify and assess the training needs analysis of the agency force
Develop programs that address specific business needs
Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program
Lead projects when required; Play a highly collaborative role in cross-department projects
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder
Around 10- 15 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred
Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with innovation and a customer-care focus
Independent and self-driven with result-oriented mind set
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written; Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Chinese word-processing
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager Position
