Get to Know the Team

The Deliveries Team manages the strategy and operations of GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. We leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with partners to improve the Grab experience for our delivery partners, merchants, and eaters. We are dedicated to encouraging a team characterized by strategic and creative problem-solving abilities,, and a relentless drive for excellence.

Get to Know the Role

You will develop and implement initiatives to drive topline growth for Deliveries, lead projects to boost demand, and collaborate with teams to ensure sustained growth.

Your role will report directly to the Manager, Demand Planning Strategy. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field, with an ability to analyze complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • You will develop growth initiatives for the Deliveries business vertical, enhancing market presence and driving user engagement.
  • You will design and experiment with platform promotional initiatives, validate key hypotheses, analyze performance, and implement improvements to maximize impact.
  • You will create precise topline forecasts informed by market insights and promotional activities while managing promo spend to increase resource allocation.
  • You will monitor key metrics and conversion funnels, recommending tactical initiatives to address gaps and maximize opportunities, thereby boosting overall checkouts and fueling user growth.
  • You will lead end-to-end projects that involve collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field, with an ability to analyze complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, capable of performing complex functions, and you have experience using SQL or Python.
  • You excel at digging into numbers, solving problems, and making informed decisions.
  • You can break down complex questions into simpler pieces and present information in an easily digestible manner with data-driven insights and solutions.
  • You have experience collaborating across departments for process development
