Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client engagement activities and/or campaigns to promote insurance products according to the needs of clients of respective client proposition/segments
- Collaborate with the various internal stakeholders in identifying the client proposition/segments and develop respective client journey
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for campaigns, ensure effectiveness and consistent brand messaging
- Maintain accurate records of campaign responses and feedback
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing client events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, or related field in financial sectors. Knowledge of insurance industry and products is a definite advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using marketing automation software/CRM tools
