Team Description
We conduct Catalog Audits based on the customer shopping experience across Coupang's overall business.
Through auditing the Coupang catalog, we identify defects that could lead to a poor customer experience and resolve them through communication with relevant departments to ensure correction.
What you will do
Review monitoring results conducted by Catalog CX auditors and provide feedback.
Create dashboards visualizing feedback (based on result reviews) and productivity metrics.
Support the creation of monitoring reports and catalog defect reports based on monitoring results.
Analyze discrepancy cases ('Diff cases') according to work guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Basic Qualifications
- Bi-lingual (Native mandarin and basic / conversational english)
- At least 2 years of experience in an online or internet-based company, ideally within the e-Commerce sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented and solution-driven
- Able to adapt to new tools and processes quickly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
Remuneration
- Monthly salary of more than NT$ 58,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance)
