Assistant Location Lead
Step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact every day. As an Assistant Location Lead, you’ll partner closely with the Store Leader to keep operations running smoothly, support your team, and deliver a great experience for both customers and employees.
What You’ll Do- Support daily store operations and help create a positive, productive work environment
- Communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities with the Store Leader in real time
- Help maintain a safe and secure store, including inventory control, cash handling, and facility oversight
- Ensure deliveries run efficiently and support upkeep of the delivery fleet
- Oversee the timely processing of damaged, defective, or returned products
- Assist with scheduling to ensure strong coverage and work-life balance for the team
- Support hiring efforts and help welcome new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws
- Help prepare reports, track performance, and keep operations organized
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills and comfort with written communication
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
