Assistant ‐ Human Resources ‐ Operations (1 year contract)
(Based at Activewear - Nittambuwa)

- Promote & coordinate Women Go Beyond initiatives within the plant.
- Maintain positive relationships between employees, supervisors, and management.
- Monitor and address attendance, absenteeism, turnover, and employee retention issues.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of SS‐ related data.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Following or completed a degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
- Prior involvement in diversity, inclusion, women empowerment or similar activities would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to factory employee engagement and regular employee interactions.
- Good communication skills.
