We are seeking to recruit an Assistant HR Manager to support and coordinate the firm’s human
resource operations. The role focuses on implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and
onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. It involves assisting in
performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and providing HR support
to both internal teams and client organizations. The position plays a key role in promoting a positive
workplace culture, improving HR service delivery, and contributing to overall organizational

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for internal staff and client
projects.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with legal
requirements.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisals and provide support in monitoring
performance outcomes.
- Facilitate employee engagement, training, and welfare programs.
- Provide HR administrative and advisory support to client organizations as needed.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance issues in line with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture and HR service efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- HR Professional Certification is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good understanding of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools is an added advantage.
