Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Assistant/secretary (m/f) to join our Propulsion Systems Procurement organisation (PP) based in Toulouse-Blagnac (B23), France.
You will be part of a team developing the Propulsion Systems (Engine & Nacelle) Procurement organisation.
As part of the Propulsion Systems Procurement team, you will be involved in providing admin & secretarial support to the Heads of Large Propulsion Systems Procurement (PPL), Single Aisle Propulsion Systems Procurement (PPS) and Propulsion Systems Business Operations, Services and Strategy Procurement (PPY) aiming at securing, optimizing and transforming the Supply Chain to create value for our company and for our customers.

Your challenges:
Provide administrative and secretarial support: agenda management, set up and organisation of meetings (internal and external, i.e. team-meetings on international Airbus sites), business travels and expenses monitoring, interface with suppliers (phone, e-mails, visits) yearly plannings, preparing nomination memos
Provide administrative support to the teams: organising meetings/workshops/team booster sessions within Airbus sites or ex-situ, organisation of supplier events when required
Administrative support for NEWCOMERS and teams in case of move (local IT relay role): IT material, accesses, move requests
Create and follow up purchase orders using Click n’Buy; follow up goods receipts
Ensure full coordination and provide back-up as required to Head of PP Assistant and Head of PIP
Your boarding pass:
Confirmed secretarial skills and a good understanding of relevant Airbus processes & excellent usage of office information systems
Well-structured and able to work in an autonomous and self-organized manner; high reliability to deliver on time, paired with the ability to involve and engage people
Good understanding of Airbus internal organization incl. trans-national /trans-divisional interfaces; ability to understand and deal with challenging and complex tasks, deliver accurate results
Ability to anticipate the needs and requests of Heads of PPL, PPS and PPY and their organisation; represent PP towards internal and external customers/suppliers at any time in a professional way
Languages : Excellent usage of English and French, both in speaking and writing; additional knowledge of German or Spanish languages would be a plus
