Assistant Financial Controller

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of the monthly management accounts
  • Presentation of the management accounts to local directors
  • Board pack prep
  • Board pack presentation
  • Audit point of contact, review, provide data etc
  • Work with directors on the budgets
  • Prep any figures needed for exco reporting on weekly/monthly basis
  • Process any dividends for Paxus on regular basis
  • Work with dedicated people for IOM in AR/AP to ensure deliverables being met
  • Have existing finance junior reporting into them based in IOM
  • Involved in monthly business reviews
  • Handle promissory notes with group for Financial Statements
  • Work with the wider finance team in India to ensure all financial statements are drafted prior to audit
  • Ensure year end processes are completed as per group instructions
  • Work closely with the directors on any Ad Hoc projects as and when required.
