We are currently seeking an Assistant - Executive to join our Global Technology & Operations team based in our New York, New York headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support all administrative duties for 4-5 leaders
- Manage daily calendars, coordinating both internal team meetings and external meetings with outside clients. Book conference rooms for video calls, meetings and special events
- Handle department office filing and organization, photocopying, scanning, and printing of AMCN documents
- Book all travel accommodations including hotel, air, train and car rentals through the Concur travel system
- Book meal reservations for business meetings
- Process travel and expense reports through Oracle iExpense for client meetings, business travel and offsite events
- Order office supplies for the department through Staples Business Advantage
- Coordinate with I.T Service Desk on computer issues and general wireless support
- Process new hire paperwork, MAF forms and office equipment through Service Now
- And other duties assigned by SVP
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Oracle iExpense, Concur Travel System
- Good knowledge of the industry
- Organized and detail oriented
- Problem solver
- Works well under pressure
The base compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
