- Support checking, verifying, and validating e-invoices
- Scan and file documents (hard and soft copies: payments, contracts, etc.)
- Review T&E claims to a certain extent
- Handle general administrative tasks (sending documents to bank, stamping, printing vouchers, etc.)
- Support tax audit activities
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, careful, and proactive
- Eager to learn and well-organized
