About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive/proactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do:
- Monitor services and manage events at the 1st level.
- Assess trends identified from customer complaints.
- Manage and resolve incidents at the 1st level.
- Escalate and track incidents.
- Initiate problem management and support corrective maintenance execution.
- Monitor and improve customer experience based on use cases.
- Planned activity support & group mail box management.
The skills you bring:
- Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations.
- Should have good knowledge on Network operation centre (NOC).
- Must be proficient in basic telecommunication fundamentals.
- Understanding the importance of SLA and RT.
- Quick learner and flexible for Operations requirement
- Essential good verbal and written communication Skills
- Good / Excellent knowledge of GSM call flow
- Understanding of ITIL
- Basics Linux and Charging System Understanding.
- Should have experience of 5+ years of experience in telecom or NOC.
- Willing to work in shifts in 24*7 support team.
- Monitoring of alerts via monitoring tools like OneFM, Grafana
- TT creation within required SLA through TT creating tools oneTM, ITSM

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of network operations center processes

- Good or excellent knowledge of GSM call flow
- Understanding of ITIL
- Basic Linux and charging system knowledge
- Experience monitoring alerts with tools such as OneFM and Grafana
- Experience creating trouble tickets using oneTM and ITSM tools
- Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 support team
- Quick learner with flexibility for operations requirements
