About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Electro-Mechanical Manager - Performance Lake join the resort’s Performance Lake team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems used in live performances.
- Coordinate with show production teams to ensure technical readiness and support during events.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical components.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
- Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules.
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
