Our talent team supports the leaders who hire and grow those people, bringing the strategy, resources and tools that make it easier.We’re looking for an Assistant Director to join our department’s leadership team and be its face in the field. You’ll lead a team of 3-5+ recruiters and talent specialists and be the trusted partner who connects operations leaders with the business and HR systems teams who can bring their ideas to life. What you’ll do
- Support hiring across the company. Lead the team that helps hiring managers hire well, step in to assist on hard-to-fill roles, and prepare salaried offer letters.
- Bring training ideas to life. Listen to what operations leaders want, advise on what’s possible, and partner with our Business Resources team until the finished training fits what they pictured.
- Lead and grow your team. Coach your team and help shape department priorities as part of the leadership team.
- Support company growth. Facilitate performance review cycles and career development programs that help our people take their next step.
- Make things simpler. Know our workflows inside and out, and use data, automation and AI to cut manual work.
- Put people first and genuinely want to help.
- Can talk to anyone, from a valet supervisor to a senior vice president.
- Earn trust quickly and connect people who should know each other.
- See what someone needs before they ask.
- Lead with warmth, not pressure.
- A passion for people connections - interacting and supporting.
- 5+ years in recruiting, talent management &/or organizational development; including 3+ years leading a team.
- High-volume hourly hiring experience across multiple sites.
- Experience with salaried offer letters, performance review support, training programs and career development initiatives.
- UKG Ready Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Creative with collateral design and have a want for things to look aesthetically appealing.
- Confidence presenting and facilitating with any group.
