Job Description

We’re searching for an Assistant Director of Talent & Culture who will champion our values, elevate our employee experience, and drive initiatives that help our team thrive. This position will report directly to the Director of Talent & Culture and be a part of the pre-opening team.

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all T&C functions.
  • Implement and continuously improve policies, programs, and processes that support growth, engagement, and organizational health.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment and retention consistently executed
  • Serve as a trusted resource for team members at all levels, offering guidance on Talent & Culture matters.
  • Build strong relationships and promote open communication across the organization.
  • Foster an environment that champions inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute culture‑building initiatives, events, and engagement strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the organization.
  • Support the creation of programs that reinforce a positive, people‑focused workplace.

 

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience in HR, Talent, and Culture‑focused roles required, ideally with 2 years of leadership responsibilities
    • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills required
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience and a passion for building inclusive, high‑engagement hospitality environments
    • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
    • Luxury Hotel experience is strongly preferred
    • Pre-opening experience is strongly preferred
