Coordinates hotel experiences, activities, events, and food-and-beverage initiatives from planning through execution. Provide visible security presence throughout the hotel and residences, patrol interior/exterior areas, monitor CCTV and life-safety systems, respond to emergencies, perform basic first aid/CPR/AED, document incidents, de-escalate situations, assist guests with access while protecting confidentiality, and support emergency preparedness and cross-department collaboration to maintain a safe luxury environment.

Lead hotel financial planning and budgeting, maximize cash flow, establish controls, deliver timely financial reporting and analysis, manage owner relationships, oversee staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and evaluate operating and financial agreements to mitigate risks.
