Lead Talent & Culture strategy and operations for a luxury hotel, drive recruitment and retention, advise leadership and employees, build engagement and DEI initiatives, and design culture-building programs and events.

Deliver and facilitate Auberge training programs (service standards, orientation, leadership, certified trainer program), manage mandatory training calendar, track attendance and records, partner with department leaders, and support Talent & Culture tasks.
