- Assist the Director of Nursing with the management of daily nursing operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing department oversight.
- Monitor quality measures, clinical outcomes, and resident care standards.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and follow-up on clinical concerns.
- Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Participate in survey preparedness and regulatory compliance activities.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environment.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
