POSITION SUMMARY:
Assistant Director, Media is responsible for managing the planning of paid media strategy and implementation to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with line manager to lead collaborations with media and media agencies, leveraging resources to generate insights of target audiences and analyze competitors for Melco.
- Develop and deliver media strategies including performance media, aligned with campaign objectives, create media planning guideline, and ensure media strategy implementation and performance measurement.
- Collaborate closely with Content team to identify right assets for various channels and reach target audiences with most efficient communication.
- Closely monitor campaign media spending, analyze, and verify media report data, attribute performance results and provide optimization plan proactively and timely, to ensure achievement of communication goals.
- Work closely with PR, Social media and Digital marketing team to ensure communication consistency across all touch points of target audiences.
- Manage media budget and ensure efficiency.
- Drive media team and agencies’ performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 10 years + relevant experiences in media planning, buying, with at least 5 years inhouse working experiences.
Education & Language
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
