At Speedo, product has to do more than look good. It has to move with the swimmer, feel comfortable in the water and support performance, confidence and freedom of movement, whether someone is training, competing, learning or simply enjoying the swim.
In this role, you will work closely with the Designers across the entire design lifecycle. Play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to commercial reality.
What you’ll be doing:
Design Assistance: Support the design team in seasonal trend research, color palette formulation, and creating inspirational mood boards.
Technical Sketching: Create accurate, detailed flat sketches and comprehensive tech packs (in both English and Chinese as required) using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Sourcing & Fabric Management: Source and organize fabrics, trims, and hardware; communicate with suppliers to track raw material development.
Sample Tracking: Assist in tracking the sample-making process, maintaining clear communication with product development team to ensure design accuracy.
Fitting Sessions: Participate in fitting sessions, record fitting comment, and assist the designer in updating tech packs and modifying design details.

Skills Required
- Experience executing design work within timelines and schedules
- Ability to create accurate technical sketches and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to communicate and prepare technical documentation in English and Chinese as required
- Ability to support trend research, color palette development, and mood board creation
- Ability to source and organize fabrics, trims, and hardware
- Ability to track samples and communicate with suppliers and product development teams
- Ability to participate in fittings and update tech packs based on fitting comments
- Ability to deliver designs aligned with briefs, brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines
