JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to lead and deliver the end-to-end demand planning process for the Oral Care category, ensuring a high-quality, consensus-driven forecast through the S&OP cycle. The role is accountable for driving forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level excellence, and inventory optimization, while enabling business growth through strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead monthly demand planning cycle, delivering robust and unbiased forecasts (baseline + promo + innovations)
Integrate inputs from customer/channel trends, innovation pipeline, and promotional activity into the demand plan
Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements through analytics and RCA
Own S&OP demand story: identify risks, opportunities, and gap closure actions
Collaborate with Marketing, CD, and Finance to align forecasts with business plans
Maintain rolling forecasts (mid-to long-term) and translate demand signals into actionable insights for supply and capacity planning
Support innovation planning including volume projection build-up, phasing, and launch readiness
Monitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service) and drive performance governance
Manage demand variability and respond proactively to market changes
Embed continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and ways of working
Leverage digital tools / analytics to enhance forecast quality and decision-making
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Proven experience managing forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional alignment
Proficiency in planning systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI, and/or any other analytics platform)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / FMCG planning is preferred, but fresh applicants are welcome to apply
Proven stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams
Experience working in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning environment
