Job DescriptionJoin us at our Seabrook service, as an Assistant Coordinator. Are you ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment? This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30-6:30pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. Working at one of our larger services you will be supported by the onsite Coordinator as well as our experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
