Assistant ‐ Compliance ‐ Operations

This role ensures to establish Health & safety and labour compliance standards/ initiatives across the plant and ensure timely and effective functioning of same whilst taking the initiative to create and continuously improve same within the organisation and assisting the plant towards being socially and environmentally responsible in order to achieve its business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal, customer, and sustainability requirements.
- Conduct internal compliance and C-TPAT assessments and support external audits.
- Ensure third-party service providers comply with applicable legal and customer requirements.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct employee training and awareness programs on compliance and security.
- Coordinate Nike EWB surveys and implement related action plans.
- Support gender and sustainability initiatives with internal and external teams.
- Track compliance gaps and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/ Facilities Management or other relevant qualification .
- Certificate/ Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH/ NEBOSH or other relevant qualification)
- 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
Skills Required
