The Role
As an Assistant Client Money Manager, you will support the management of client money processes, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, particularly CASS5. This part-time position involves assisting with financial processes, audits, and the development of client money procedures. Collaborating with the Client Money Manager and other teams, you'll play a vital role in maintaining operational accuracy and regulatory adherence.
What you’ll be doing
Administer client money processes in line with FCA CASS5 regulations.
Assist in improving client money procedures and operating models.
Support the production and distribution of Client Money Management Information (MI) pack.
Assist with coordinating the annual client money audit.
Help resolve audit and regulatory review actions related to client money.
Review client money calculations with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update client money policies in collaboration with the IBA team.
Assist with client money audits and maintain the central repository of CASS information.
Stay informed on regulatory standards and ensure processes align with requirements.

Strong word and written communication skills
