Your key Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule travel, meetings, conferences and events

Meeting & logistics (book meeting rooms & liaise with external stakeholders when necessary)

Proactively organize travel logistics (taxis, hotels…) and administrative (visa requests & etc) & follow-up with attention to details

Manage relationships in confidence including key stakeholders in other affiliates, staff and external parties

Accounts management using E@syBuy – raising purchase orders, invoice payments & tracking budgets / expenditure for the team

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines while retaining a sense of perspective

Flexible, quick learner with the ability to priorities workload & juggle several subjects at the same time - can work independently & self-manage, but does not hesitate to seek guidance where necessary

Well-presented with proactive, can-do attitude

Confidential & discrete and does not succumb to ‘leakage’

Listens actively and asks questions

Excellent interpersonal communications skills including strong oral and written skills in English, French is a plus
