Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper – At least 3-4 years
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (must)
- Experience with DOKKA – advantage
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Team player with ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices in the ERP system (NetSuite – must)
- Prepare and execute vendor payments
- Track and reconcile credit card transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Handle travel expenses and reimbursements (employees & contractors)
- Manage account reconciliations
- Support monthly closing activities
