- Work in collaboration with Athletic Development staff to develop strategic growth of major giving for Memphis Athletics.
- Manage portfolio of donors and prospects to maximize donations through Tiger Leadership Circle solicitations, focusing on six to seven-figure gifts.
- Assist in the management of Tiger Leadership Circle strategy, including solicitation plans and donor identification for potential prospects.
- Regularly attend home athletic events to serve as an ambassador of the Tiger Scholarship Fund, maintain sufficient knowledge of sports programs, and increase visibility with donors, prospects, volunteers, coaches, and student-athletes.
- Oversight of all major gift fundraising efforts including serving as supervisor for Assistant AD, Major Gifts Positions.
- Oversight of premium seating sales planning/execution as well as the program’s Name, Image and Likeness efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area and six (6) years of soliciting funds, development fundraising, or appropriate intercollegiate athletics experience, or a Master's Degree and four (4) years of soliciting funds, development fundraising, or related intercollegiate athletics experience.
