Attends athletic events as a donor and program ambassador while cultivating relationships with donors, volunteers, coaches, and student-athletes.

Leads annual fund strategy and revenue planning for Memphis Athletics, including communications, marketing, donor stewardship, fundraising events, and women's sports initiatives. Oversees athletic development staff, manages donor portfolios, identifies departmental funding needs, partners with financial leadership on resource acquisition, and serves as sport administrator for an assigned program.

Conducts academic research on gene-environment interactions in human disease using multi-omic approaches and in vivo and in vitro models. Performs animal, molecular, and cellular experiments; exercises technical discretion in experimental design, execution, and interpretation; prepares reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses; and may present findings at seminars and conferences.
