Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for a self-motivated and driven Operation Associate to join our Garnet Captive Services Division.
This in office position requires an individual who is flexible with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is always willing to pitch in with other tasks as needed to successfully support the client accounts.Responsibilities and Duties
- Initial review and analysis of submission information (including preliminary underwriting)
- Creation of proposals or other sales related exhibits for prospective and active Members
- Organization of electronic files
- Management of initial data entry/ongoing tracking for Salesforce
- Day-to-day management of insurance requests for current Members (e.g. endorsement requests, applicable filings, etc.)
- Creation of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual exhibits for current Members (distribution exhibits, claims analyses, etc.)
- Ongoing collaboration with sales leads, finance department, marketing department
- Supporting sales team during client presentations and negotiations
- Maintaining compliance with any carrier requirements/industry standards in all underwriting activities
- Keeping apprised of applicable industry knowledge and standards
Attributes and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Risk Management, or related field; Recent graduate encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills
- Self-direction and the ability to take ownership and drive responsibilities through to completion
- A natural desire to learn new things, contribute to a team, and expand business knowledge
- Excellent verbal, writing, and proofreading skills
- Presentation skills both in-person and virtually

- Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
