Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)Pay and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $24.85
- Second & Weekend Shift Premium: $2.50
- Medical & Vacation – upon completion of 84-day probationary period.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of parts and sub-assemblies within designated work cells in the plant, following established methods and sequences.
- Work in designated workstation and ensure tasks are completed within the specified Takt time.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including but not limited to wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, and steel banding
- Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
- Performing quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.
- Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and escalate issues as necessary.
- Basic functional knowledge of computers and ability to read and acknowledge work instructions electronically.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure parts are brought to the production line in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
- Crosstrain both within and outside the assigned production area.
- Use all required personal protective equipment.
- Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
- Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.
Physical requirements:
- Independently capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 35lbs
- Physical mobility within the work facility, including repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, gripping and/or stooping.
- Ability to work at heights both on ladders and lifts as required, while using proper fall protection.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions, standard work, job breakdown sheets, and safety instructions in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
