Our Asia Ice Cream team is embarking on an exciting journey as this role leads driving the F4G agenda of Asia Ice cream, including productivity and ROI improvement across the P&L. Key responsibility of the role is to provide finance leadership to build F4G framework, funnels and governance, analytics of big bets and financial growth models to support decision making.  

 

To achieve this, this candidate needs to lead and drive cross markets and function teams. Prioritization, problem solving, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are required. Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance is a must. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Drive F4G (Fuel for Growth) agenda and delivery for path to profitability improvement.  

  • Provide financial insights of SC productivity and investment ROI across P&L 

  • Work with cross markets and function teams build F4G project funnels and run the governance.  

  • Develop business cases of big bets of cost and cash optimization and drive the value realization.

  • Asia Ice Cream BU Leadership Team 

  • Asia Ice Cream Supply Chain and Procurement 

  • Asia Ice Cream R&D 

  • Asia Ice Cream Marketing 

  • Asia Ice Cream sales team 

 

Requirement

Skills 

  • Professional in accounting and control knowledge, experiencing in costing and full P&L 

  • Able to process massive data and able to present the data efficiently to support business decisions 

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant to finance/accounting, higher education background and financial certificates (CICPA/ACCA etc.) is a plus 

  • Fluent English 

 

Experience 

  • 5 years+ experience in finance  

  • Experience in managing SCC
