Asesor de Capacitación

Responsable de las capacitaciones comerciales a las diferentes audiencias de las distintas líneas de negocio, donde la práctica contribuyan a la transmisión y retención del conocimiento.

Actividades principales:

• Utilizar los Programas de formación comercial que suministre el departamento de diseño, para generación de planes acorde a las necesidades de los territorios asignados (Planes Técnico Comercial)
• Desplegar los Programas de formación en los canales de aprendizaje que marque la estrategia (streaming, capacitaciones presenciales, capacitaciones virtuales, nuevas tecnologías) a las audiencias de los distintas líneas de negocio a fin de empoderar a los equipos de venta y así contribuir a la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes en los diferentes segmentos.
• Intervenir las tiendas de sus territorios asignados, reforzamientos en Puntos de venta y campo sobre los programas de formación desplegados. (Protocolos, Técnicas de Venta y Capacitaciones comerciales).
• Apoyar en la logística y capacitaciones de los eventos comerciales que se requiera el apoyo para las áreas de Mercadotecnia y Comercial.
• Desplegar Programas de Capacitación en temas de color y herramientas de venta e inspiración. Capacitación y acompañamiento en Aperturas, Reubicaciones , Remodelaciones en los diferentes formatos de tienda, en base a la solicitudes del equipo Comercial.
• Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas internas de marketing y comercial para el despliegue de actividades que garanticen la comunicación de las iniciativas estratégicas de la organización.
• Contribuir al buen estado, aulas y espacios pertenecientes a los sites del Centro de Formación Integral de PPG Comex.

Requisitos:

• Alta disponibilidad de viajar
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la industria de Retail, impartición de cursos y talleres, como Instructor/ consultor/ coach de negocios.
• Presentaciones de alto impacto, diseño de planes de capacitación y de herramientas de evaluación del conocimiento
• Escolaridad: profesional titulado o pasante.
• Licencia de conducir y pasaporte vigente
• Ingles intermedio
• Paquetería de Microsoft Office, Excel intermedio, Power BI básico
