This role oversees the Artwork Execution process across Hair Care brands. Responsibilities include leadership for artwork execution from start to finish, working with regional/global teams, documentation of procedures, training materials, and conducting artwork reviews to enhance business support.
The Artwork Specialist combines the roles of Artwork Planner and Category Artwork Copy Expert, ensuring the correct structure and setup of master copy and artwork for various countries and languages until Final Art release. This includes collecting and approving on-pack marketing copy in coordination with Marketing, as well as ensuring compliance with Regulatory, Legal, and Research & Development requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Artwork Projects and develop master plans with Brand Program Leaders.
- Own the artwork schedule, synchronizing timelines with initiative plans and escalating issues as needed.
- Establish relationships with the Category Multi-function Team to capture requirements and manage changes effectively.
- Ensure synchronization of artwork activities with key initiative milestones and communicate implications of changes to Project owners.
- Author and approve Master Copy Content for marketing, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Track key artwork process metrics, communicate results, and drive improvements with multifunctional teams.
- Provide training on Artwork process and system functionality, promoting adherence and resolving conflicts.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency, while maintaining documentation and governance of supplier work.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is helpful.
Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft office programs.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
- Project management experience
- Leads meetings and communicates effectively to a multi-function team (oral and written).

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $66,800 - $92,700
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of relevant experience.
