About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI developer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our AI tools. Your work will directly impact the usability and effectiveness of our products, ensuring that both internal users (underwriters, claims adjusters) and external customers can easily understand and act on AI model results.
Responsibilities:

Design/Develop user-friendly interfaces and visualizations for AI tools used internally (for underwriters, claims adjusters) or externally (for customers).

Work with leadership to develop power points and presentation for senior executives to help in articulating the strategy and providing updates

Ensure the AI models’ results which are insightful and are easily understandable and actionable.

User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Technical Implementation: Ability to effectively implement the design and ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide detailed design specifications and assets.

Interaction Design: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user interactions. In addition to building prototypes, translate those prototypes to working front end production-quality application based on ANGULAR/REACTJS and interface with API based backend.

Performance Optimization: Work with developers to optimize the performance of user interfaces, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in UX/UI Development.

Experience with front-end development (e.g., AngularJS, REACTJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:

Familiarity with insurance workflows

Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).

Understanding of data science and machine learning concepts.
