ABOUT THE POSITION

• Collaborate with Directors, Tech and Art Leads and team members to establish realistic expectations from timelines, estimates and project deliverables.
• Define, track and follow up on project schedule and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, feedback, and communication within the team of Artists, Technical Artists, Leads, Directors and Producers to discuss status, resolve issues and share information.
• Follow up closely with Directors/Leads and Line Producers about project progress, potential risks, and contingency plans.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects; optimize resource planning and allocation, team management, team health, cost and efficiency analysis.
• Manage relationships with clients and partnered studios through transparent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Support Tech Leads and Group Producer in managing team occupation, team morale and internal initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a producer or project manager role, preferably experience in Tech/3D/Game industry.
• A solid understanding of production management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas – i.e. a real team player.
• Experience working with people from a technical background is preferred.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to project needs.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and conflict solving skills when dealing with people or challenging situations.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.
• Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and software (Jira, Hansoft, Asana, etc.)
• Passion for video games and the industry.
• Fluent in English (4 skills).
• Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
