About the Role
As an Art & Motion Designer, you translate social-first ideas into visually striking designs and motion assets. Your work ranges from fast-paced vertical formats to motion-driven storytelling and hero visuals. You collaborate closely with creative and studio teams to shape platform-native content.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and animate content for social channels across multiple formats.
- Translate concepts into art direction, templates, styles and motion graphics.
- Develop animations, transitions, layouts and visual systems.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Content Creators and Editors.
- Adapt assets for multiple platforms and markets.
Your Profile
- 3–5 + years of experience in motion design or digital design.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about social design.
