About the internship:

Our unique internship opportunity offers students the opportunity to be immersed in product development within the medical device industry. The internship runs from November 2026 through to February 2027 and you’ll be working alongside a great team of people on a wide range of projects and challenges. 

If you’re a 3rd or 4th year student currently studying or specialising in the following areas we want to hear from you:

  • Computer Systems Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Electrical Electronics Engineering
  • Software Engineering

  • An academic transcript to show that you're studying, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or qualification at NZQA Level 7–10.

Skills Required

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year student in Computer Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at NZQA Level 7-10 (provide academic transcript)
  • Availability to participate in the internship period (November 2026 through February 2027)
  • Up-to-date CV outlining relevant technical skills, systems/programs used, personal and university projects
  • Cover letter outlining career ambitions and how the internship supports them
