Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries and order management. Process orders in the ERP, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution, provide sales/finance administrative support, resolve issues, and identify process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment and strong customer relationships.

Drive sales and market adoption of Aroa Biosurgery products within a defined territory by building relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospitals and distributors. Provide in‑services, OR clinical support, product demonstrations, and education; manage territory planning, forecasting, CRM records, and sales reporting; identify new opportunities and relay field feedback to cross‑functional teams while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.

Drive sales and market adoption of Aroa Biosurgery products within an assigned Chicago territory. Manage surgeon, clinician, hospital, and distributor relationships; provide OR and outpatient product education and case support; execute territory plans, forecast and report sales activity, maintain CRM records, and ensure regulatory compliance. Attend conferences and training events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and marketing strategy.

Design, build, and optimise manufacturing equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and test systems. Lead transfer of product designs into validated, compliant manufacturing processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet regulatory, quality, and performance requirements, conduct technical investigations and risk management to ensure commercial readiness.

Manage end-to-end payroll for New Zealand and US, validate inputs, reconcile payroll, partner with external providers/PEOs, ensure legal compliance, support reporting, audits and finance tasks, and provide employee payroll advice.

Lead regional sales growth and market expansion for AROA's medical products. Develop and execute sales strategies, coach and manage a sales team, build clinician and distributor relationships, partner cross-functionally, represent the company at events, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide field-based clinical support.

Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, driving continuous improvement, performing root cause investigations, assisting with process validation and transfers, maintaining engineering documentation, and improving packaging and tooling to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality in a GMP-regulated environment.
