The Role
Prepares inactive classified records for archival by organizing files, removing office supplies, labeling folders, packing archive boxes, and maintaining manifest spreadsheets. Performs detailed quality checks, corrects discrepancies, coordinates archive pickups, submits archiving requests, and stores approved documentation. This is a full-time, in-office short-term role requiring an active Secret clearance, office management experience, classified-document experience, and strong organizational skills.
Summary Generated by Built In

The incumbent prepares inactive Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance (PM/DTCC) records for transfer to the archives, following the office’s Archives Record Procedures.  The incumbent puts together archive boxes, moves files from office shelving to a prep workstation, and removes all staples, paper clips, binder clips, dividers, sticky notes, and flags before moving records into new folders.  The incumbent labels each new folder with the company names and the last year of records, fits as many companies as possible into each folder, and packs boxes facing the front with three-finger spacing between folders.  Records will not accept overcrowded boxes.  The incumbent creates and maintains a MANIFEST spreadsheet listing each box’s contents.

Working with the PM/DTCM Records Management Analyst, the incumbent checks every box for quality: each folder listed must be in the box, company codes and names must match the folder labels exactly, and any errors in the box or form must be fixed before the box moves to storage.  The incumbent coordinates archive pickups with the PM/DTCM Records Management Analyst and the Archives Management office.  The incumbent helps submit the archiving request form for approval, saves the approved forms to the Archives shared folder, and schedules pickup dates and times with archiving support.

What We Do

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is the parent organization for all Information Technology focused businesses owned by the Delaware Nation. Founded in 2014 DNI was created to support the rapid growth of the tribe’s first 8(a) technology firm, Indigenous Technologies, LLC. In 2011 Indigenous Technologies began several teaming partnerships with CSI, LLC. and was awarded 4 prime contracts with federal customers as a result of this arrangement. This partnership continued through the Fall of 2014 when DNI purchased CSI adding its capabilities and past performance to the growing Tribal IT Services division. As a result of this strategic acquisition by the Delaware Nation, CSI became the second Tribally owned technology focused LLC in the Delaware Nation portfolio. The third company under DNI operations is CreativeIT, LLC. CreativeIT is being built with an eye to the future and is focused on developing core competencies which supplement the strong capabilities of its sister organizations. DNI continues to build a strong team of companies, providing an all-inclusive suite of Information Technology services and capabilities to our clients.
