The Architecture Analyst will be functioning as an imaging, Autopilot and Intune specialist. The Architecture Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise endpoint imaging and management solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient. This includes leading efforts around Windows Autopilot provisioning, troubleshooting deployment issues, and enhancing device performance through automation and policy enforcement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Imaging: Architect and maintain enterprise-wide Windows imaging solutions using MECM and Autopilot
- Desktop Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktop environments
- Troubleshooting: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems. Provide expert-level support to technical partners

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field
- Technical Skills:
- Practical experience supporting Windows Autopilot including troubleshooting deployment workflows
- Experience with hybrid and cloud-native deployment models
- Solid understanding of Windows OS internals (kernel, registry, services, drivers, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune Windows Device Management
- Automation: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation
- Experience developing and maintaining Windows Imaging in MECM
- Experience with DEX tools for troubleshooting endpoint issues
- Experience working in a Microsoft centric environment (O365, M365)
- Experience working in a large endpoint environment over 50k
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry i.e. Insurance, Healthcare, Banking
- Security: Foundational understanding of Windows security technologies, i.e policy, encryption, authentication, network security
- Analytical Skills: Proven excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting Windows OS and OS deployment issues across diverse hardware and user environments
- Communication: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
