We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our international team. This role focuses on developing accurate and high-quality architectural floor plans along with relevant surface and technical calculations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using design software, customizing templates, and working closely with both team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural floor plans based on client specifications
- Perform accurate surface area and technical calculations
- Use design software (e.g., SketchUp or similar) for visualizing and modeling plans
- Customize existing templates to match project requirements
- Collaborate with the internal team and maintain regular communication with clients
- Contribute to training sessions and ongoing process improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in architectural design, specifically floor plan creation and technical calculations
- Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other architectural software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, multicultural team
