Designer

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented Architectural Designer with a minimum of 2 years of
professional experience in architectural design and drafting. The ideal
candidate will possess qualifications equivalent to a university degree in
Architecture and will support architectural design projects, BIM/CAD
documentation, and coordination activities.
The candidate should be proficient in
Marathi to coordinate effectively with local staff and stakeholders in Mumbai
and should be capable of daily communication in Japanese or demonstrate strong
English communication skills. The role requires hands-on expertise in AutoCAD,
Revit, and Microsoft Office 365.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, sections,
elevations, and construction documentation.
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit.
- Produce detailed CAD drawings and ensure compliance with
project standards.
- Support architects and project teams in design development and
documentation activities.
- Coordinate with local site teams, consultants, and stakeholders
in Marathi.
- Assist in design reviews, drawing updates, and project
documentation management.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, presentations, and
documentation using Office 365 applications.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate project
requirements effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of design
deliverables.
- Support architectural projects from concept through
construction documentation stages.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
recognized as a university-level degree in Architecture.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design,
drafting, or BIM modeling.
- Experience working on architectural documentation and design
support activities.
Skills Required
