ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and custom app development.

Proven experience in leading GRC projects and teams with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Strong analytical skills, focused on risk identification and compliance.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, etc., is preferred.

Understanding of cloud computing and security principles is a plus.
