The Solution Architect leads architecture discussions for products/platforms throughout their entire lifecycle, leading the assessment of feature requirements and development of solution options with a focus on performance efficiency and cost optimization. The role oversees the interaction with the product team for technical assessments, maintenance of architecture artifacts, and collaboration with project teams to document future states. Additionally, the role leads the development of prototypes, facilitates training sessions for junior team members on solution architecture technical skills, and drives the application of new technologies.
ResponsibilitiesLeads architecture discussions for products/platforms, across all stages from ideation, design, development, deployment, and maintenance. The specific focus will be on BI and analytical tools.
Leads assessment of feature requirements, documenting technical gaps, and determining development requirements with a focus on performance efficiency and optimized cost.
Drives development of solution options by analyzing and translating desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models.
Provides point of view balancing the long-term strategy and short-term goals.
Leads development of prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate new ideas and showcase the application of new technologies.
Staying ahead of the curve, being well informed on the capabilities of various tools with hands-on working knowledge.
Guide product teams to get started with their modernization goals.
Carries out interaction with the product team to conduct technical assessments of internal and external platforms and tools, covering aspects such as service interoperability, infrastructure, scalability, security, availability, data handling, licensing, and global footprint.
Oversees maintenance of architecture artifacts, including architecture working documents and technical architecture diagrams, to depict proposed solutions and support implementation.

Facilitates training and development sessions to train junior team members on solution architecture technical skills and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Solution Architecture with a Master’s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in solutions architecture or a related field.
Hands on experience with GCP services, specifically Cloud Run, Big Query, Dataform, Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud SQL and Azure Power BI.
