Job DescriptionTo provide support, process activities and actions to develop roadmaps for a specific solution of the platform (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud in Salesforce). Perform detailed analysis and a thorough examination of various aspects of the project to ensure that the proposed solutions are viable and aligned with business objectives. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document their specific needs and expectations.
