The Role

En tant que Architecte - Junior, vous puiserez dans votre créativité sans limite pour contribuer à la conception d'environnements uniques, en fournissant une connaissance exemplaire du design, du concept à l'achèvement des projets en travaillant à travers toutes les phases de conception.

Votre Rôle

  • Concevoir des bâtiments de classe mondiale
  • Participer à toutes les phases du processus de conception, y compris la programmation, la conception conceptuelle, la conception schématique, le développement de la conception, les spécifications et les processus d'appel d'offres
  • Soutenir les Principaux pour développer les communications avec les clients, les entrepreneurs et l'équipe de conception, en développant et maintenant des relations solides à l'externe et en interne
  • Préparer des plans, des élévations, des détails et des sections jusqu'aux dessins de construction détaillés

Vos Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans après qualification avec une expérience démontrable en design, détaillage et/ou documentation de construction
  • Maîtrise de Revit souhaitée ainsi qu'une expérience avec Rhino, Grasshopper et 3Ds Max
  • Expérience dans le secteur résidentiel à grande échelle, l'hôtellerie, la vente au détail, les commerces/lieux de travail
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en présentation graphique
  • Une expérience dans le design commercial, de détail et international serait un avantage certain
  • Créatif, pensée originale et orientée technique, démontrée par un portefeuille créatif et technique solide
  • Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais de manière efficace
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Your Role

Gensler’s Paris Studio is seeking an Architect - Junior to join our team. You will be working on a variety of projects across many sectors including, commercial, residential and retail environments. You will be experienced in Design and be a highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude and eager to learn.

A self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach, you will work with Architects and Interior Design colleagues across Gensler’s practice areas. As a member of the team, you will be fully integrated into design teams, participating hands-on and collaborating directly with team members, across all design stages.

What You Will Do

As an Architect - Junior, you will tap into your boundless creativity to contribute towards the design of unique environments, providing exemplar design knowledge from concept to completion of projects working across all the design stages.

  • Designing World class buildings
  • Involvement with all phases of the design process, including programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, specification and tendering processes
  • Support the Principals to develop the client, contractor and design team communications, developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships
  • Prepare plans, elevations, details and sections through to detailed construction drawings

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' post qualification with demonstrable experience in design, detailing and/or construction documentation
  • Proficiency in Revit advantageous as well as experience in Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3Ds Max
  • Experience within the Large Scale Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial/Workplace sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding graphic presentation skills
  • Experience in retail, commercial and international design would be a distinct advantage
  • Creative, original thinking and technically biased, demonstrated through a strong creative and technical portfolio.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluent in French & English
