Job Description: Architect III (6-9 year Work Experience)

Arcadis India is seeking a Senior Architect (6-9 years work experience) /Interior Designer with experience in to work on Workplace projects to work within our Architecture and Urbanism (A+U) practice. We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who can help interpret, coordinate, and execute projects and processes of any scale. The candidate should possess strong design abilities, oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation and documentation abilities. This role will support workplace projects within India and the larger APAC region.

The ability to multi-task, follow through on assignments, and meet deadlines is crucial. Additionally, strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

Location:

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India 

Role Accountabilities:

• Collaborating with Arcadis’ APAC and larger Global Teams to service our clients.
• Strong Designing and Space Planning abilities to ensure design and documentation in conformance with client expectations
• Working on multiple projects, providing concepts and techniques in ways that may explore new ways of achieving design solutions, completing tasks to deadlines and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements
• Working with senior staff to articulate and develop initial ideas into working concepts and actively participate in design reviews and charrettes.
• Efficient site coordination and administration abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor in Architecture is essential and Master’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent is preferred.
• 6-9 years of relevant project experience, in large scale Architecture and Interior Projects
• Proficient in preparing Project Drawings, Details and Specifications and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is mandatory. 
• Experience in being part of multiple completed projects.
• Strong Design and Spatial planning acumen. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong Leadership, organisational and Relationship Management skills
• Strong Team player and committed to collaborative working.
