Review and audit contractor quality, testing, and inspection plans; monitor compliance with FTA regulations, industry standards, and project specifications; organize documentation for FTA Safety and Security certification; provide training and quality reporting; and coordinate corrective actions to ensure construction quality and certification readiness.

Lead delivery of rail and infrastructure drainage design packages, preparing and checking calculations, drawings and reports. Develop surface water, foul water, SUDS, earthworks and rail/highways drainage solutions using hydraulic modelling tools. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support approvals with authorities, mentor junior staff, manage design risks and ensure compliance.
