Role Description:
- Assisting in the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flow forecasts
- Supporting the preparation of tender documentation
- Assisting with the tendering process, including tender analysis and evaluation
- Supporting post-contract administration and cost management, including contract documentation, progress payment valuations, variation assessments, and cost control reporting
- Assisting in the preparation and finalisation of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying
- Year 3 student expected to graduate in 2027
- Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least two months between May and August 2027
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
