Position OverviewAs the AR Analyst, you’ll be responsible for accurate billing, maintaining customer accounts, and driving efficient billing processes. Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Great Plains, SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in high-volume AR or shared services environments, preferred
- Knowledge of trade promotion, EDI, and retailer deduction practices (e.g., Walmart, Amazon), preferred
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous process improvement methodologies, preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Great Plains software a plus
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices based on contracts and service delivery
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Post daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies
- Submit disputes through customer portals
- Maintain comprehensive billing records
- Process credit memos, adjustments, refunds, and write-offs
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger with general ledger and customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Generate and distribute aging reports and support month-end close
- Track and report on AR metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
