Major Accountabilities

• Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, accruals, provisions, and other balance sheet accounts.

• Support tax filings, statutory reporting, internal/external audits, and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.

• Analyze financial data, identify variances or accounting issues, and support corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Business-level English communication skills preferred.
